7/06/2026 @ 10:30am- from the NWS; Scattered showers and storms are expected across central NC mainly between 2pm-10pm today. Some storms may become severe with a threat of damaging wind gusts. Granville County has a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) in the southern end to a Slight Risk (Level 2 of 5) in the northern end of severe weather this afternoon/evening.
